[Wontfix] Bind to Interface support

Hi,

Suppose if we like to bind the server to an interface rather than ipv4 or ipv6. IP address might change dynamically. SO_BINDTODEVICE would be great feature. But the previous patch provided works only up-to 1.4.39. Could we have similar patch for lighted 1.4.41 thru 1.4.45?

like to configure server to listen on any address on eth0 with

server.bind="eth0"
