Does lighttpd support tls 1.3? Is it beta or has it passed the beta phase?

You redirected me to the configuration doc. Why? I just asked if tls 1.3 is supported? Is it so hard to give a YES or NO answer?

Your question is uninformed. The TLS library needs to support TLS 1.3, not lighttpd.
A partial answer to your question about lighttpd is "if you configure lighttpd", which unsuprisingly requires "configuration", and which is why I pointed you to the configuration doc. The TLS library must support TLS 1.3 for it to work.
