Enabling stat threads causes hanging in win32

Description

If you don't spesify server.max-stat-threads setting in config or set spesify it other than zero all requests hangs.

It seems that new gthreading is causing deadlock.

Workaround:

Set server.max-stat-threads = 0 in config file.
