Description

Sorry to stress this, but the original ticket seems to have gone unnoticed for over 3 weeks, and I have found that this bug also applies to 1.4.16: http://trac.lighttpd.net/trac/ticket/1266

The bug also affect the connection.kbytes-per-second directive.

I will put this as a major severity, as not being able to properly traffic shape is heavily affecting the quality of service.
