Description

when mod_evasive turns a connection away, it creates an entry in the log file.

to reduce disk write load and file size it would be neat to have a silent option where mod_evasive will not output anything.

shouldn't there be also cv[1].destination = &(s->silent)

also i think you want to enumerate the config items from /* 0 */, not from /* 1 */, (where config_values_t cv[] is enumerated)
