I have a problem when adding mod_evasive to my pretty much default lighttpd config (lighttpd 1.4.19 from debian stable). the server is working as download server using mod_secdownload. adding mod_evasive (evasive.max-conns-per-ip = 2) restricted the connections over all to 2 open connections, not only per ip.

After a short chat with icy in irc i disabled ipv6 and now it works fine.
