Description

This patch is derived from issue:536 issue:795 and issue:(unknown) where it adds some functionality to mod_ssi, to resemble more apache's mod_ssi behaviour. This behaviour includes: recursive parsing of ssi files' include directives; echo var and related directives, and other functionality.
