Control Panel

lighttpd should develop a Control Panel(like cPanel), but instead of Apache you can use lighttpd. It can have statistics, phpmyadmin, domain name manage, mail, mysql, php, server info etc. Basically just make a Control panel that has all the features of cPanel but have lighttpd instead of Apache

I dont agree.
Apache didnt develop cPanel, its a third party project. I'd rather the lighty guys stuck to what they do best, which is developing lighty :D
You might like to look at WebMin, which doesnt care whether it runs on Apache or lighttpd.
