I've had this reported against the Fedora lighttpd package :
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=244912

Would it be possible to change the example configuration file to have either :

`"bind to a specific address (default: all interfaces)"`

or

`"#server.bind = "localhost"`

This didn't get fixed in 1.4.16, although it's really trivial.
Is it possible to apply it to the 1.4.x branch ASAP so that it doesn't get forgotten again?
