Description

Add support for unbuffered uploading directly to backend proxy, cgi, and fastcgi, to allow backend to determine upload policy, ie when to deny an upload because it is too large, when to buffer one to disk, etc.

mod_cgi and mod_fastcgi are done. mod_proxy will follow before 1.3.14 is released.

fixed in 1.4.5, your might want to use the latest pre-release for testing:

It seems not to work for lighttpd-1.4.20 and mod_cgi
Or is there any configuration necessary to enable it?
