lighttpd conf file

i seem to have two installations of Lighttpd on my server.
The first one is installed is located in /usr/sbin/lighttpd and its modules are in /usr/lib/lighttpd/.
The other one you are building from source is by default located in /usr/local/sbin/lighttpd and its modules are in /usr/local/lib/.
the lighttpd.conf for the first is in /etc/lighttpd where would the lighttpd.conf be for the second instalation of lighttpd be at.
i was trying to add the h264 mod to the first instalation and i guess the second instalation happed instead
