In my lighttpd.conf I have:
evasive.max-conns-per-ip= 1
but I can start TWO file downloads in same time and on THIRD connection I have error, I need to know why? Like you can see I need error on SECOND connection (only one file download per ip) and this don`t working...is this normal?

could not reproduce. works fine for me in lighttpd 1.4.45
