Description
When the fcgi app is running on a different physical server than the webserver it isn't always clear which server it is actually running on. It would be nice if the FCGI_ADDR could be passed as an environment variable to make this clear.
It is particularily useful when the user uploads a file that is stored locally (instead of on an nfs server or equivalent), and must be tracked centrally (db, etc).

This is way too unspecific. Who should do exactly what? And i don't think this is a "standard" environment var.
