Use lightygraph.cgi to generate and display graphs from mod_rrdtool

Description

It would be easier to set up mod_rrdtool using the lightygraph.cgi perl script that I've attached. If you install this script in the cgi-bin directory (assuming mod_cgi is enabled) then just browsing to lightygraph.cgi will display an appropriate html page and generate the graphs if needed.

We will not ship this cgi with lighty, as the recommended way is to use cron or something else to update the graphics and to publish them as static files.

But it is of course a good idea to attach this to Docs_ModRRDTool as example (i guess the attached file there is your version, feel free to keep it updated if you want).
