Description

after adding one vhost to my configs and reloading lighttpd nothing is like before.

first lighttpd complains about no permissions on log-files. i tried anything and finally disabled ALL accesslog-files. (the new vhost is also commented out again..)

then it can't connect to my php-fcgi sockets...

finally i tested static html and guess what: i receive "403 - forbidden"...

seconds before anything was fine... and this is a real mess now... i considered switching back to apache...

any ideas, hints?

thx,
markus.

This is a bug tracker, not a support forum.

Please check your permissions, start a shell with the lighty user for that with (as root or with sudo):

su -s /bin/bash yourlightyusername

and examine the directories you need access to with their absolute path (not a relative, as this may skip some permission checks)
