Description

Hi

I have a strange trouble with lighttpd. I start lighttpd but the process is not show in a "top" command process list. I check status of lighttpd and returns

lighttpd dead but pid file exists

I have no setup php with fast-cgi module, is only to serve static content

I remove and reinstall but the issue continue

Version: lighttpd.i386 0:1.4.20-1.el5.rf
SO: Centos 5 (OpenVZ)

Please use the forums for support. This is only a bugtracker.
Anyway: start lighty with lighttpd -Df /path/to/lighttpd.conf to see if it gives you some error.
