Description

Proxying WebDAV HTTP request types ( http://trac.lighttpd.net/trac/ticket/198 ) was integrated in release 1.4.0, however it still does not send through OPTIONS requests.

As far as I can see, this is the only thing stopping full read-write access to proxied apache2 mod_dav_svn subversion repositories via http:// and https:// URLs.
