Description

When the fastcgi called 'exit(2);', the lighttpd wouldn't not
response to any HTTP request, and took 100% CPU.

The same fastcgi works well with apache. It calls 'exit(2)' whenever
a new version of it is installed, so that the new version can be
started be the httpd server.
