FreeBSD compile fails - workaround

Description

Hi, I saw #511 but can't see how to append to it.

I encounter the same compile error on a FreeBSD host. I fixed it by removing the XOPEN_SOURCE CFLAG from configure.

I've waded through a fair amount of preprocessor output I still can't see why this break, the error seems to be within the include guards of FreeBSD rather than in lighttpd. I'm puzzled!

For reference, lighttpd 1.4.9 builds fine on the same host.
