Description

Currently lighttpd does not support Content-Range header in X-LIGHTTPD-send-file replies resulting users not being able to resume any downloads. This practically makes X-LIGHTTPD-send-file feature unusable for large files.

Please do add such support inside lighttpd or support of additional headers like
X-LIGHTTPD-send-file-start
X-LIGHTTPD-send-file-end

Thank you.

When can we expect this feature ?
Not sure what the timeline to 1.5.0 is and this feature is something I desperately need for a project.

Agree. What for this x-sendfile feature, if user can't resume? =) Fast? Good! Less memory? Very good! Will i use it? NO! User cannot resume. It may be HyperFast, but unuseable.
