mod_proxy modified for forward proxy...

I have modified mod_proxy.c in lighttpd version 1.4.15 to forward proxy. Is this of interest to anyone, and if so, how do I post the patch file?

Also, just wanted to say thank you to all you guys/gals hard work on lighttpd... What a great package... easy to read and follow. Nicely organized and written code.

I wouldn't recommend to use lighttpd as forward proxy, there is better software for that (squid, ...).

And btw: 1.4.15 is really old (perhaps you meant 1.4.25?)

Sorry, yes 1.4.25 my bad... We are memory constrained (all this runs on an embedded arm processor), so adding another package is painful.

Can your forward proxy initiate SSL connections ??
If so, I am very interested in looking at it.
