Poor User Support
I am new to Lighttpd and on big problem is the support. I am not knocking the people or the server, but with many other software there is an email list going that keeps people in tight communication.
Why not have Lighttpd on such a list?

a) you are saying the support is bad because you didn't receive an answer to your posting within one hour?
b) there are mailing lists (although not really used much) + this forum + irc. Isn't that enough?
c) have you read the wiki and used the search function?

It is just a general idea that I was putting out there. A mailing list keeps more people involved. I am on a few tech list and I post info when an email comes in that I can help with.
