[Answered] Clean out the error buffer with every server call.
Hello ...
The following is for development, only when I am the only user making calls to the server ... Is there an option somewhere to clean out (not sure how to call it) the "error buffer" every time I make a new call to the server.
When I perform my cgi scripting I would prefer not to see the errors of prior calls in this window.
These were two separate calls ... I would (with a special setting) prefer only to see the last one.
Thanks.

lighttpd (win32) is not built and distributed by lighttpd developers.
Your description of "window" suggests that you do no know the difference between the generation of trace and the display of trace.
With respect to generation of trace, you can redirect the output of trace generated by scripts with server.breakagelog
Error trace can go many places and there are infinite ways to display it. Displaying trace is outside the purview of lighttpd.
What you are asking seems to be "how do I clear my screen?"
I can't help you with that. Try pressing 'Enter' on that console window to create a space between requests.

lighttpd 1.4.49 was released in March 2018. Latest version of lighttpd is lighttpd 1.4.79.
You are THIRTY (30) full lighttpd releases out-of-date, and over 7 years out-of-date.
