Havent found and clear documentation about if multiplex is supported.
Could someone please confirm this?
Im using lighttd latest for Debian 9.9 and using unix socket.

No, lighttpd does not implement FastCGI multiplexing; it's use is generally discouraged because FastCGI multiplexing lacks flow control.
