Description
I have installed fastcgi on to the server, and I was able to access a .html file.
However, when I try to access a .php file it gives me a 403 forbidden error.
I have no idea way, can someone please help me?

I got the same error running in win xp. No clue at all.

if you have mod_evasive installed on server it can cause this error with php. it needs to be modified in php.ini www.hostparlor.com
