Description

lighttpd 1.4.42 fails to build on OS X 10.11 El Capitan:

Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
  "_http_cgi_ssl_env", referenced from:
      _http_cgi_headers in liblightcomp_la-http-header-glue.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
make[3]: *** [liblightcomp.la] Error 1

lighttpd 1.4.41 didn't have this problem.
