Rest API calls have been pending for long time in Lighttpd -1.4.45

Description

Hi,

With the latest lighttpd 1.4.45  all the rest api calls has been pending for 
        long time and it become success only after the second attempt.
    Some time while launching Web UI  response headers has been printing with the response
