Description

The attached patch implements a "fastcgi.activate" boolean configuration option. This is useful for per-vhost activation of fastcgi. In a shared hosting environment, for example, some clients should only be able to have static content, while others have PHP.

I've tested it in a simple setup, and it seems to work correctly. The patch is for 1.4.x.

Well, turns out this is unnecessary. I can just set "lighttpd.server = ()" in the static-only vhosts.
