Help - IE issue

We have lighty 1.4.28 running over SSL

We can access web pages with Firefox/Safari/Chrome but when we use IE 7 or IE 8 we get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Any ideas?

Please stay tuned, still investigating. Rented additional amazon clouds to cope with all the data.
