HTML error 431

Hi to All,
I just upgraded my server to DEBIAN (10.0) BUSTER, which includes lighttpd 1.4.53 and PHP 7.3 .
If I access my NextCloud installation with FF 72.0.1 i receive an 431 hmtl error including a blank page!
What mght cause this error ?
Please help !
