[Solved] shared libraries of url,rewrite and setenv not getting built with new relases ( > 1.4.69).

Hi team,

In 1.4.69 by default I was seeing these libraries (mod_url,mod_setenv and mod_rewrite) getting built.

Later release like 1.4.71 onwards these are not being found in src/.libs/

Any specific changes to be done to get these libraries.
