Description

In lighttpd is there any status-401 handler (dynamic) ...because i wanted to prevent pop up box from browser when we enable digest authentication in lighttpd.When application tries to access password protected directory server sends 401 code then browser pop up box for username & password. I want to calculate response in my java script...? Any solution..........

and no you can not suppress the 401 popup. thats something your browser does automatically.
