Description

By making the SERVER_NAME env variable available in mod_cml, you enable caching based on server name, which could end up being very useful...

mod_cml is no longer part of the lighttpd base
For replacement, see lua mod_cml

For SERVER_NAME, have the lua script use lighty.r.req_attr["uri.authority"]
